The commercial trailer industry (example; PJ and Starlite) has been using the Provider by Taskmaster for several years as OEM or a upgrade option on certain size trailers.
I have 4 ST235/85-16 E at 3640 lb M speed rated on a 12k car hauler. This trailer makes three to five 220 mile runs a month at 70-75 mph speeds when allowed. They should work great for RV trailers also.
The Provider by Taskmaster is a fabric carcass tire with the usual two steel tread belts and a nylon cap to help with tread separation issues.
