I think you are EXTREMELY brave to put a 4 bike rack on the back of your camper. Anti-rattle devices and ratchet straps will help movement and thus reduce shock, when used correctly. And that is assuming you have bought a rack suited for RV's????????????????????? Most clearly say NO to RV's and trailers.
There is good reason most racks say no to RV's and trailers. No matter how strong you think it feels, 4 bikes and the leverage of the rack with 4 bikes, taking the most severe ride possible at the back of the camper, is just asking for the weakest link to present it self at the worst possible time.
