We aren't Ford freaks either. We had a 2005 Dodge Ram dually but when we bought a new 5'r that weighed in at 19,400 we knew the Dodge couldn't do it (the new ones do). We tried to buy a Chevy but the CA dealer wouldn't let us pay the sales tax in SD. We went to Tucson and got a great deal on the Ford. It's a workhorse and doesn't act like 19,400 lbs is any big deal. Safe travels!
