Last time I weighed the Laredo it was 9200. I tow with a 2012 F250 6.2 with the 4.30 diffy.
I run from central IL thru the smokies to south of myrtle beach sometimes twice a year. I check the puter for gas mileage just for grins. It consistently shows 8.7.
I tow at 65 since the motor seems to have a bit more power and not lug at 2000 rpm.
I would never think about leaving that critter in cruise climbing a long grade. i usually try to fall in the 3500 rpm range when lugging a long 6% grade. But that is just me and way i like to manage the animal under the hood.
