This just happened on our Starcraft (brand new, first week). From what I can see, there is a lock screw at the top of the window rail (on the inside) that can be removed which should allow the window to pop out at the top. Then you might be able to re-thread the bottom rollers, pop the top of the window back in and secure from inside with the screw. Maybe - our problem was the window started flapping in the the wind as the top rail was bent. We're turning it in as a warranty claim since it happened while traveling (how I'm not sure).
