Remove them while they are in new condition and sell on CL. Put the money towards a Quality tire that will not give you headaches.
I did the same with my new RAM with 200 miles I sold the 6 NEXEN's for $650 and bought a set of MS2's for $1,278. Now I have no tire worries at all!
