Looks like the texas Tire,LLC group bought and sent several sizes of ST tire molds the the Wanda group in china for Jaxxon ST production.
Seems as china corp Wanda produced and marketed other tire brands from these molds with out the Texas group permission.
Now the Texas group has the Wanda tire group in us district court suing to get their tire molds back.
I wouldn't mess with a Jaxxon ST tire unless your just needing a cheap tire. The ST tire molds in the complaint are bias ply tires.
