The guy I was chatting with was cautioning me stating that a sidewall in a radial is designed to flex hence the much lower load index to that of a trailer tire; he threw out Maxxis as the trailer favorite.
He must not know much about ST tires vs LT tires or he sells Maxxis ST tires.
The Bridgestone R-250 is a commercial grade tire that is used in commercial service including commercial trailers.
The Maxxis ST8008 does not come close to comparing with the commercial class all steel carcass R-250 LT tire.
look back through your thread as IMO we've already discussed many options for other tires for you.
I don't think you ever told us what size tire and load range and your trailer axle rating or how many axles your trailer has. We can only assume.
