You need to put the same size/type of tire on to match the others, and a similar wt rating. You could put the spare on, and take the flat spot tire in to be replaced.
I'd wonder why one wheel is dragging/locking up, and the others are not?? I would consider backing the star wheel (brake adjuster) off about three clicks on that hub. IMO, it would be better to not have enough braking on that hub, than to just ruin another tire. You need to have it checked by a pro ASAP, unless you are capable, to pull the hub and trouble shoot the problem.
