I think the tire quality is about equal. The biggest advantage with the 614 is if you have a failure and damage the trailer Goodyear will pay the damage and with Sailun you are on your own. The extra cost is like an insurance policy. Only you can decide if it's worth it.
I have heard this before about the Goodyear paying for damage to trailer, but looking at their warranty on site there is no mention of this.
