I have a lot of experience with the Goodyear unexpressed warranty. You need to know how that works. GY will open a claim and will require you to turn in the blown out tire (or the remaining pieces of it) to one of their dealers. After GY examines the tire, if it is determined that the tire is defective, they will need an estimate of damages to your rig and the receipt for a replacement tire. When the completed paperwork is submitted, you can expect a check from them in about 15 days. Has worked for me many times. On two Tetons I have had many blow outs even though the tires they installed are within the spec for that G load range tire. My present rig has collected about $15,000 in warranty from GY. Note: both my old rig and the newer one now have 17.5 inch, load range J tires and wheels. Old many, slow to learn, should have upgraded the new Teton to 17.5" right from the start.
