Oh come on now FastEagle, oops I meant CALandLIN. That label is a declaration of what was installed by the manufacturer at first sale. Subsequent owners are under no obligation or law to follow the same mistake with the ST tires. It's quite legal for the owner to install whatever tire he or she wishes.
