Have you checked your spring hanger shackles for wear,usually wear oblong where the bolts run through and will put your axels out of alignment, a wet bolt kit will fix it up,if thats the issue.
That's what happened to me. I was getting no tire wear until the shackels failed. A wet kit was put on and have 6k miles on the current set with no apparent wear that is not normal.
