Good for checking the pressure before every run.
If I do the math, at 95 psi, the tire is rated for 3415# at 95 psi. Times 4 = 13,600#. If the weight on the tires is 15K, that would be 10% overloaded - on the average.
If 15K is the total weight of the trailer and we subtract 15% for the load on the tongue, then the tires are averaging 91% of the rated load - and that doesn't take into account side to side or front to rear variation. This sounds pretty marginal to me.
And that doesn't take into account the 15% reserve capacity I think all tires need to have.
Overall, I'd say you need to get the trailer weighed - tire by tire if possible.
