I've seen apps that use a bluetooth connector in the ODB plug to send info to your phone/tablet. Not sure if it would give enough detail on the TPMS other than a basic "pass/fail" for > 30 or < 30 psi, which is the federal standard.

Sensors would have to transmit on Bluetooth and there is no such sensors on the market. Would also limit sales plus the law does not want you looking at your phone while driving. Not likely this will ever happen.
