Tire Ramp
Has anybody tried a Tire Ramp to change RV tires on trailer or 5ft wheel

Technically true, but in practice there is no heat generated by moving down the road at highway speeds for long distances on just the one tire. Just supporting the rig while the other tire is changed, I don't think will cause a problem for the other tire, unless it is already damaged internally. Just my opinion and not based on any science.
