Everyone has been of a lot of help here. All the numbers I threw out there are manufacturers numbers on the truck and trailer. As far as the trailer I was told that they use to not include extra's on there weight (like AC) however now they claim those weights are actual weights of trailer as delivered.
The hitch weight I believe is of biggest concern. I have the dealer looking into it as we speak. They are reputable and stated they will not allow you to take off lot is tow vehicle is not adequate. I watched a video on u-tube last night of a F150 screw towing a 10K trailer (they knew it was overweight for the truck)
They towed this trailer up a mountain road to 12000 ft and back down again to see how it would handle the weight.( They also did this with the Chev/Dodge/Toyota/Nissan. All new half ton trucks) Going up they had no issues at all, in fact a couple times they were over the speed limit and had to slow down! On the way down there were no issues either. No brake fade or handling issues. So in the end I am not concerned if the truck can pull the load. After watching the video I was quite impressed (In fact it blew away the other trucks on the way up). But again the hitch weight could very well be an issue. Along with that I do not want to exceed the GVWR of 7200. Might have to go get the truck weighed to be sure of where I'm at. When I learn more and make a decision I will keep you all posted. I would love a diesel, and I know it is what I really need, but if I bought one I could not afford a camper. Thanks again for all the input, I went to the right people.
