Thanks, that was my biggest concern as well (tongue weight). Your right when you say that will cause more problems than anything. But if manufacturer specs were that far off, they would have a huge liability concern that none of them can afford. Most will be within 100 lbs. Just depends on how your camper is equipped. My last 3 TT were within 50lbs of specs. A lot of the weight comes from the way people load there trailers, not from the trailer itself. You need to put your weight over the axles, most people have the tendency to load everything in front. Especially when you have large storage compartments in the front. I do plan to get it weighed once I get everything loaded, but unfortunately that won't be for at least a month. Another great feature Ford came out with in 2013 is anti sway control. There is a u-tube video on this too showing a Chev and a Dodge with a TT (no sway bars)passing by a Semi on a closed course just like you would do on a 2 lane road. Both of them almost completely lost control. The Ford handled it like it was a small wind gust. Again impressive, they say the onboard computer alternates braking left and right side to control the sway and it works! Tires are the other culprit and that has been taken care of.
