My 2015 F350 SRW and toy hauler gets really close to 27,000 lbs. total. The last time I weighed at the CAT scales, the trailer was right around 17,700 lbs..
My rear axle weight is right at 7000 lbs. which is the rating for the truck. The Michelins are rated for a combined 7500 lbs. I have the Reese 26,000 lb. rated hitch.
Six trips so far for around 1500 miles. The set-up has been great and very stable. I don't do stupid stuff like tail gate or run with the left lane crowd but cruising at 70 mph on I-95 is no sweat.
Thanks that is what i was looking for. Someone who actually does it. Yea 70 is the fastest i go anyways. Our speedlimits are low
