So are talking about the states laws or having a DL from 2 seperate states? Now you lost me. I thought you were originally talking about having triples in one state (Az) then coming to another (Ca) would be legal under this reciprocity law. Thats why I said not true. You cant pull trips in Cal no matter where your DL is from. On the other hand tinted windows are allowed to come over from say Nev if the car is registered in Nev. Does not matter where the driver DL is from.
