I agree with Carl. 12 foot is a minimum on garage space. Especially since you loose space in the back with the ramp patio folded up and the three season doors most are equipped with these days. 12 only nets you a hair over 11. We have 14' and always seem to fill it. Toys sure but gas grill, bicycles, etc. and we have a washer/dryer back there.
More brands have more floorplans with a half bath than without nowadays. We opted not to get one with it as it's another black tank to hook up to and flush and with the shorter trips we usually take, two tanks would never be even close to a good level for dumping. People who take longer trips or have bigger families love them though and I can understand why. It's all about how you use the rig really...
