Yes, the Onan 5500 is made to run two ac's at once. It's so much more convenient than a portable genset. Just hit the button and it fires right up. It's also great when traveling to the campground on a hot day. Start it when you are 1-2 hours out and run your ac while on the road. When you arrive, you will have a nice cool camper to set up in.
On the Voltage slides, it is the size of slide and not the type that is the issue. I also have Schwintek slide for my BR slide and my last hauler did too. They are only 2/3rds the height and not as long as your main superslide though. Anything that big should be hydraulic.
