Cool, nice job! You'll love your 2812 as it has plenty of power.
I've had no problem starting and running all my power tools with the largest load to date being my heat gun (over 220 DC amps). If you've been following my thread over at SBR I was very concerned about it starting my DeWalt compressor (200psi) but it's handled the load no problem.
I've just gone through my first full blowen recharge and I've come up with some interesting info that I'll post here just as soon as I hear back from the battery manufacturer.
One of the things I noticed in charge mode is that the charger dropped out (stopped charging) for a moment when the ME-RC went into 'Power Save' mode. I know is happened as I was using my genset for the power supply and it unloaded for about 20 seconds then loaded again and ran fully loaded from there. I spoke with the techs at Magnum and they were unaware of this condition. Next time I charge I'll take the remote out of power save mode prior to charging and see if it cures this dropout.
BTW, the spec's on the 2812 state 125 amps DC for the charging rate. I have my charge rate set at 100%, the ME-RC showed 126 amps but the TriMetric was reading 105. I've come to trust the TriMetric.
Did you install the BMK with your installation?
If memory serves me properly, that MMP has a 250 amp VDC breaker in it. Thats one of the reasons why I decided to stay away from it as it might cause some nuisance tripping.
Anyway, thanks for posting the pics and again nice job.
