I am sure they will be able to repair it, however, I would insist on something for the trouble. There will be a delay in picking the unit up and the risk that you may have problems with the repaired area in the future (leaks, fit and finish, color differences, etc).
Make sure you make it worth your while. If it was damaged during shipping, they are insured for this purpose. Get them to take money off the price (discount $5K or so, or something like a substantial warranty in writing).
Others may be able to provide more appropriate value of compensation from their experiences.
