Thank you, we are heading out early this morning and will assess the damage. If it looks like just the skirt like they are saying then we will let them replace and deliver to us when done with an extended warranty. If it needs repairing, painting etc, then we will insist on a new one and wait the 8 weeks again :D

Just so darn frustrating!
