Let out some air. Don't go by the pressure in the bag, just air it up until the hitch is level. The arrow decal can be off in its' placement by as much as one inch. I air mine up just enough so it doesn't bottom out going down the road. I have checked it once or twice and it's usually around 50 psi. Mine rides pretty good.
