Air pressure depends on the exact Trailair pin box and the way you load your trailer. I have 2 and the air bag size and volume of air is different. My pin weight is 3800#.
Hitch up and air to the top of arrows is exactly what the manual instructs. Arrowheads are the reference as there is not a standard pressure.
I have a model L05 that is the long pin box and it has a big air bag so it only took 75psi to get to the top of the arrowheads. I now have that box stored in the garage waiting to sell and am using a M15 model of the same pin box which is 12" shorter in length and considered the medium version.
It has a small bag when compared to the long version and takes 100psi to get to the top of the arrowheads.
I checked and recorded psi after 1st set up and test drive. Its easier to check pressure and air up before the trailer is hitched up. That makes the pressures I stated as "Unhitched" pressures.
