Trailer not sitting level

I have a 2016 Cedar Creek 36CKTS. It has about 8,000 miles on it. I've noticed that it doesn't sit level from side to side when I'm towing it. The street side is about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2" lower than the curb side. I crawled under and checked the springs. All look good, no broken leaves, plenty of arch in them. It has a residential refer on that side and I carry 4-6volt batteries in the battery compartment on that side toward the front. It is generally hauling a moderate load and the tanks were empty. Is this considered a normal imbalance? Haven't had a chance to weigh it yet.

Like I said I haven't had a chance to weigh. Can you weigh it on a Cat scale and check the weights for each side?
