No experience with them.
When I buy a trailer(any type) and it comes with any brand ST tires I have LT tires put on and then sell the ST tires on craigslist or the local city newspaper.
You can use those china made ST for a year or two then replace them with a LT235/85-16 E at 3042 lbs which covers a 6k axle. Lawn service/utility trailer owners are always looking for a cheap new or used tire so they sell fast.
Now if the load on your tire are close to max (3000 lbs) then a LT235/85-16 G at 3750 lbs would be my choice.
I went with 5 new Coopers in the LT. I weighed the rig yesterday. Full water and fuel. Empty black and grey. 9350 on the 2 5th axles. 6400 on drive and 5200 on steer. I am way below on all axles and tires. We have driven 900 miles in 2 days. No issues and a month to go. HAVING FUN> - zb39ExplorerOK, delaying 4 week trip one day to go buy new tires monday. Hoping for Goodyear.
- filrupmarkExplorerSailin,Michelin ribs or Bridgestone R250's . Buy any of these you will be happy Buy some Chinese St's and you will be on the side of the road.
- lhenry8113ExplorerWhen I bought my current 5'vr it came with Triangle tires from the Factory--at that time they were made in China. I did everything I could to sell them locally with no buyers--finally gave them to the Salvation Army. I replaced them with Goodyear Wranglers truck tires. Since than have put about 27,000 miles on the Wranglers with no problems. Being I never really used the Triangle tires--I don't know if they are good or not--but, I was not going to chance it knowing the rep. of most Chinese tires. I am a firm believer in "Murphy's Law". Never heard of them. Personally, I'd go with ROUND tires. ;) Sorry, couldn't resist.
Maybe "Wankel" design??...:@
OP: If you haven't heard of 'em, they aren't worth having...:S

- 2oldmanExplorer IIThere are a few posts on here with 'triangle' in them.

With those specs I'd be looking at some load range "E" LT tires.fj12ryder wrote:
If they are ST tires and made in China, I'd avoid them. Hard to make a recommendation since I don't know your weight, number of axles, and what the axles are rated at.
But I do know I would avoid any ST tire except the Sailun S637.

That pin weight seems pretty low. I'd have expected to see closer to 2,500 lbs. than 1,500 lbs. - Dakota98Explorer

The telling sentence at their website is;
"Triangle has also become an important supplier of OEM tires for some of the best known vehicle and equipment manufacturers the world over."
This is NOT good.
And as it also states "ranked 10/th" in the world among the largest tire producers.
Boy Howdy !!! I agree with darsben
