Trouble with Level-Up jacks

We're on our second trip with our new toy hauler and we're having trouble figuring out the Autolevel feature on our Level-Up jacks. Our dealer couldn't get it to work during the PDI, but he showed us how to reset the system and said that's what we had to do every time. That didn't sound right and we shouldn't have trusted their tech.

So I figured out that the Autolevel isn't working the way they showed us because pressing the up arrow 10x and the down arrow 10x is telling the controller that the current position is level, which it wasn't. So today I busted out a carpenter's level and manually leveled front to back and side to side and THEN did the 10x 10x trick to reset the level. I still can't get the Autolevel to work though.

I have retracted all the jacks, raised the nose above level, and then pressed Autolevel. Every time it gets pretty close and then it leans the trailer far to one side or the other and throws an error. I've tried it with all of the jacks up and I've also tried lowering all the jacks so that all six are touching the ground and the nose is up. Every time it goes through its whole cycle and then tries to tip over the trailer.

Up until now I was willing to bet that the problem was user error, but now I'm not so sure. I have recallibrated it many times while the rig was level.

I'm still hoping I'm doing something wrong and somebody can straighten me out. Any advice?

No, it shouldn't act like that and you shouldn't have to reset it every time.

It yours a Lippert Ground Control 3.0 system? 4 jack or 6 six jack?

When you say it's "tipping your trailer", are some of the jacks on one side not moving when they should be?

    Six jacks.

They all seem to move ok. And there doesn't seem to be a pattern to which direction it tips.
