Does anyone know where, in eastern Pennsylvania, one can rent a truck capable of towing a fifth-wheel trailer weighing in at around 13,000#?

X2 . . also IF you have somebody that owns a business , you can always open up an account with Penske and or Ryder.. as long as you know someone with a CDL your golden . . .just ask for a Single Axle Day Cab....
