As far as I know, all 250/2500 max out at 10k GVWR. So you're over that rating. The rear axle on most 250/2500 will max out at about 6k or 6,100, so you're over that too, but not by much. I would suggest you check your tire rating. Without getting into the whole spiel about the 2500 axle actually being the same as a 3500 axle, your tires should be your main worry. If you're okay on tires, I wouldn't sweat over it any more. Your truck will handle that fine IMHO.
