I have the same set up as Sinecure and I also avoid using rear bath.
It's not that you can't use it but when it is just the family we don't need to use it. If the kids bring guest we may use it. But in general the family is fine using one bath.
Honestly if I had to do it again I may have avoided the rear 1/2 bath.
I like the floor plan but I dislike the additional tank. For me the additional tank is more trouble than it's worth.
Why dump two 1/4 filled black tanks if you don't have to? My family can easily last a week on a single 40 gallon black tank. Having 2 just creates unnecessary work.
OUr rear 1/2 bath is slowly turning into a closet on most trips:@
