With trailer hitched up to truck
Slap a carpenters level on the bottom of bedroom slideout
Then drop the front of level down until bubble is level.
How much?
Do your shackles have any other holes for changing position of leak springs?
I gained 3" by moving my spring eyes down one hole.
IF no holes in shackles and axles are already under springs:
Then this 'alignment kit' may be enough. It aligns the axles BUT also raises trailer 2"----------LINK
Otherwise.....
You have to cut shackles off
Weld a square tube (2", 3", 4"---whatever height you need to raise) on bottom of frame
Then weld shackles back on
Limited choices when need to raise trailer
