Can you lower the hitch or raise the pin box?
My fiver came originally with MorRyde CRE 3000 equalizers which I replaced with Dexter EZ-Flex which lowered my fiver about an inch. After 7000 miles, I went back to MorRyde CRE 3000 and that helped to level mine.

I would not worry about 3" on a 41' trailer.

Take a 6 foot level inside. Place it front to back above the axles. Now lift the back until it is level. The distance between the floor and the level is how much difference you have between your two axles. I would be surprised if it is more than 1/2 an inch. With something like an equiflex suspension it should be virtually no difference in axle weights.

To be sure you could scale each axle to find the difference.

Not enough to worry about, IMO, Rock. =If= you have the means to raise the FW at some point down the road, do it then, but for now, you should be golden. (I'm thinking a Correct Track alignment system, which gives you about 2" lift on your FW.) I'd rather tow 3" nose high and have the better tires. My D'max is spec'd for 245's, which puts the tires below the RAWR. By going to 265's, I'm about 500-600 lbs over the RAWR, which is more important than the RAWR, IMO.

First thing I would do is weigh your RV's rear axle and make sure you are well within the tires ratings. Second thing I would do is look at the TV tires are they load range "E" or did someone stick "D" on there and justify that the load rating is as much as the stock tires.

Only way to know is to scale each axle loaded up. Are you overloading the rear most axle/ tires? If not then good to go.

Thanks for all the repleys. My FW has G rated tires and my truck has 315 Firestone AT E rated tires. The truck really handles my FW great. Just pulled it over 500 miles on its first trip. I am thinking that the big tires being way wider made it a more stable ride. I will get a Cat scale weight done soon. The stock pin weight is 2450 but I have the generator option so I am sure it is closer to 3k. The tv drive way better than my 30 ft TT and got same MPG. I think the rounded front made up for the wind resistance on my TT. Looking at the tire diameters on the stock vs my 315's it would only drop about 1.6 inches and I would hate to give up any handling on smaller stock tires. Again thanks for ur repleys

Double-check the load ratings, Rock, to be sure that the larger tires have the same, or greater capacity than the OEM tires.
