Underbelly question

My TH has a inclosed underbelly and I need to be able to access the underside of the floor to mount some motorcycle trailer restraints. It looks like the only way to open it up is to use a razor blade. Is there some type of patch tape that I can use to close it back up and not have to sorry about it coming back apart?
