Valve Stuck Open
So I was dumping my black water tank this morning. Everything was fine until I tried to close the valve. It was stuck solid in the open position. Would not budge a bit. I tried spraying a little WD...

agree .... the defective cable/valve needs to be replaced .... that said, one of the first mods we make to a new camper is to super glue a Valterra T58 Twist-On Waste Valve in place .... should other valves fail, it serves as a good last ditch device to prevent a spill .... also, there is a dip somewhere in one of the lines that runs from our gray tank to the outlet .... having one of these valves in place keeps me from getting a handful when I remove the end cap ....
