Our Voltage is Tops. I agree with Joe... you need a new dealer. We have had no major problems and any minor things were rectified quickly by the dealer. Yes, sometimes we had to wait on parts but usually not longer than a week. We once had to wait over 2 weeks for missing clips for the rear awning. So we picked up the camper from the dealer went camping and returned it when the clips came in. No big deal.
If you are not informed yet campers are not like car dealerships. They must get prior approval on warranty work before they touch it. All manufactures are the same. That accounts for most of the delay.
Over on the Dutchmen forum everyone raves about their Voltage. Im sorry you got the one built on friday afternoon but sometimes it happens. Ours must have been built a different day as it is worry free with the exception of minor fixes.
