You need to bolt it through the floor like the tie downs are. Bolts need to be back up either with large fender washers or pieces of aluminumm flat stock.Carefull where you drill on this floor as there are ridges in it underneath that give it support. Your holes need to be in between those ridges. Makes drilling a lot easier.
