So far we are satwoisfied. no leaks after a brutal night of rain.
Post some pics when you get a chance. Tom is who I bought mine from as well. He's a nice guy. I've only used mine once, but it was in a really bad storm with rain for many hours straight through the night. Not one single leak. Only problem I've had is the motorized vent over the sink will not open with the switch. Not sure what is wrong.
