Today, wife and I had a chance to open the tip outs and look around.
The tip outs are not light, I suggest a full size adult with an ample amount of dexterity. Folding in the tip outs requires strength to hold up flap while tucking in fabric on one side and working to the other with the flap held in a partial close position. The task may get easier as I practice more.
We are in NJ approx 700 truck miles to ATC, used Uship.com to transport our VRV. No problems at all.
No doubt the bunks are easier with two. I can do it by myself, but it is better if my Wife is there to help. Looking forward to your pics!
