can that be wired into a hot wire on the trailer? The trailers batteries charge off of the truck battery when the truck is running, right? or do they only charge off the generator?
And steiny, with that camera, what are you using for a screen?
There normally would not be a constant power source in a 4 pin connector unless you had the running lights on. I am sure it could be wired to an 12V supply.
Most trucks charge the trailer while running, but some need a fuse or relay installed to power up that terminal. Even if the rig does not charge the trailer batteries, the power draw should be very low for a small camera.
