can that be wired into a hot wire on the trailer? The trailers batteries charge off of the truck battery when the truck is running, right? or do they only charge off the generator?
And steiny, with that camera, what are you using for a screen?
the trailer batts only charge off shore or genset power (unless you added an onboard charger to charge off your truck). But this is going to use nearly zero juice, you could run off a batt for a long time.
The master-lock you have the link for uses 12 volt from the running lights; you could change that to be wired into the trailer; you'd probably want to get a female 4 pin and wire that into the trailer close to where you want to use the camera. An option would be to use one of the 12 volt light fixtures as a power source.
You could also use one of these for 12 volt power they last for hours.
