I'm lucky that I have a repair shop less than 10 minutes away from me. I notice that they had a sign in the window that they were authorized warranty repair service for Keystone. When I asked about my Evergreen they said they would try any brand once. They told me they wouldn't handle a particular brand (I don't remember what it was now) because they had trouble getting paid. After a couple of warranty issues on my trailer, they are still doing Evergreen work. They don't sell rvs there, so it dose not matter to them where the rv was purchased.
