What we did for the problems we had with our Coachmen, was to go back to the factory direct. For us it was just about the same miles to our dealer (in Muskegon), as it was to the factory.
The factory could get it in faster and do it more quickly, and I felt more confident they would do it right, so it was a no brainer for us. It turned out to be an excellent choice for us.
If they have a repair facility at the factory, contact them directly. My guess is, you will get the best service that way.
