Car dealerships generally do not care where your vehicle was purchased. They will service it just the same no matter where purchased. Dealer shops are their own profit centers managed to an extent independent of the sales side.
I find larger RV nationwide dealerships such as La Mesa run in much the same fashion. Their service centers don't ask nor care where my trailer came from. However, at small mom & pop RV dealerships they do tend to not want to service RV's not purchased there.
For me its a bad policy to not give excellent service unless I purchased my RV there. They seem to not realize I won't be back when it's time to buy a new RV. Like in the automotive industry, service sells new rigs or kills any such sames. Bad service equals no new sales.
