Water at spigots, shower, toilet, etc. with pump shut off?

Water comes out spigots and other places with pump shut off and no hose connected to camper? There is some water in the fresh tank. Your advice and/assistance welcomed. Russ 1999 Newmar Kountry St...

If the tank overflow line is plugged then there could be pressure in the tank. Air in the hot water tank can also cause a limited flow as can residual pressure in the water lines.
