The only advice I can give you is you’re not going to get a w/d successfully installed by yourself. And even if you find someone who knows what they’re doing it’s major surgery if the utilities aren’t roughed into that closet you “found.”

Since Alfa went out of business long ago, your best bet if you want to tackle this as a DIY, is look online for pictures of your model and see if you can find one that has the W/D. It might give you an indication of where/how the plumbing is. Don't overlook that you also need to cut a hole to the outside to install the vent. Have you looked online for Alfa FW owners groups? The other option is take it to a dealer or RV tech and have them rough the plumbing and vent in for you. It could also be that your unit was never prepped for W/D. Typically, if a unit is prepped from the factory the plumbing is all there in a washer/ dryer prep box with hot, cold and drain and a template to show where to cut the hole for the vent. If yours doesn't have it it's probable that it is not prepped and without a lot of invasive plumbing you won't be able to hook it up.
