Hook a city water hose to the water inlet and check everything. Open each faucet one at a time. Allow to air to purge out of the lines. Remember the HW heater could have a LOT of air in it. Once you have food water flow out of each fixture, tuen off the city water, go back in turn on the water pump and lwt us know what happens.
