The Transmaster tires have an "07" year code.
The new Maxxis tires I just got have "14" date codes.

I really don't know how many outriggers they originally had. It probably depended on the length of the trailer also.?
Alls I know is I haven't had any of the issues with the sides sagging.
Those maxxis E tires are a good tire and I don't think your going to have any issues at all.
